Refund policy

1. 1. Returns are accepted within 7 days for unopened and unused products.
   2. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened or used skincare and cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged (unless defective or incorrect).
   3. Exchanges are available for damaged or incorrect products.
   4. Refunds are processed after inspection and approval. The turnaround time for refunds is 5–10 business days.
   5. Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
   6. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
